Gilgal Tower
A God-fearing, US-based, Cameroonian-born real estate developer, Eric Igwacho invested heavily in Limbe to build Gilgal Tower, the tallest building in Cameroon outside Yaoundé and Douala.
Fourteen storeys including a two-storey penthouse, one of the biggest rooftop electronic billboards in West and Central Africa, and the most luxurious party hall in Cameroon, Gilgal Tower even has its own solar energy supply and a chapel.

The Erica Ballroom is the legacy of our beloved daughter Erica, who passed away in 2020 at just 27 and now rests with the Lord. Named in her memory, the ballroom reflects her passion for elegance, her love of class and her zest for life.
Today it carries her spirit into every celebration it hosts.
